Sunday-Monday Closed

Tuesday-Friday 10am to 5pm

Saturday  9am to 4pm 

 

Business hours are set as a standard that the salon will be occupied with a working artist.

Before/After hour and off day appointments may be available and vary per each artist. Check online booking to see what days/hours are available outside of standing business hours.

At this time services are by appointment only, walk-in appointments are not available. However, you may be able to get a same day appointment so please call or go to our online booking site to check!

 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all guests, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged half the total amount of your scheduled appointment or $20 for any scheduled appointment that is under a $40 total. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no notice for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their missed appointment. This fee must be paid before another appointment is made. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, the artist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the “full” appointment. Out of respect and consideration to your artist and other guests, please plan accordingly and be on time.
